What is your favorite Skyline/IE project and why?
Lexicon Pharmaceuticals with Glow Balls and the LED tunnel. It was my favorite because we incorporated so many different aspects of the tradeshow world in one booth and there were many vibrant colors.

What is your favorite Skyline/IE project and why?
The Lexicon Pharmaceuticals LED tunnel stands out as my favorite Project. We were able to capture our customer’s marketing theme perfectly, while at the same time producing an exhibit that was unique and eye-catching.
First paying job:
My first job was working in a grocery store produce department.
What was the first concert you ever experienced? Or what concert would you like to go to?
My first ever concert was REO Speedwagon in 1985
Where would you be right now if you had zero obligations and money didn’t matter?
I would travel Europe
If you could see one movie again for the first time, what would it be and why?
The Usual Suspects. The surprise reveal at the end is amazing.
What is your fondest childhood memory?
Going fishing in Canada with my Dad.

I am an Air Force Veteran
What book did you read that changed your life the most?
The hitchhiker’s guide to the galaxy. This series started my love of reading.
If you could meet any historical figure, who would you choose and why?
General James H. Doolittle. As an Air Force Veteran, I am fascinated by his vision of Air Power and its potential.
What is your fondest childhood memory?
Going fishing in Canada with my Dad.

What is your favorite Skyline/IE project and why?
Trade show side: Westlake – NPE 2024 because you only have one chance every three years to make a good impression at that event. Our client was over the moon with the design and execution of their space which is the ending you always want. Happy client, Happy life!
Environments side: Apache – it was such a large scope and had some very beautiful and unique elements designed by Gensler. It was satisfying to watch the designs come to life and provide the client with a daily workspace they can enjoy!

How would others describe you?
I am hardworking and dedicated to my job. I love people and have great relationships with everyone I meet. I enjoy working on impossible and challenging projects, and it seems I have a magnet for them! I am a creative thinker.

Avon sales at 15 years old – did this for 20 years part-time!

Listen carefully to those around you and make sure you notate what is important to them.

My son who passed in 2009 because he missed a beautiful life and I wanted him to have that.
What is your fondest childhood memory?
When I visited my grandparents’ farm, I used to sit on a thick branch that came straight out of that tree and read books overlooking their two ponds.
If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
3D rendering – it would speed up my sales process
If you could meet any historical figure, who would you choose and why?
George Washington – he had to have been a very smart individual to create all of the words, rules and standards we live by.

Growing up, we went to Gulf Shores, AL every summer with my mom’s side of the family. I was one of seventeen grandkids.
